• Transaction Data: Order history, payment details (processed by Razorpay)
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, usage data
• Vendor Data: Aadhaar number, GST number, bank account details (for vendors only)
• Communication Data: Messages sent via WhatsApp OTP, support queries

We do not store payment card details — all payments are handled securely by Razorpay.

• Process and fulfil your orders
• Send order status updates and delivery notifications via WhatsApp
• Process payments and payouts

We process your personal data on the following lawful bases: (a) Performance of a contract — to fulfil orders and provide services; (b) Legitimate interests — to improve our platform and prevent fraud; (c) Legal compliance — to comply with Indian tax, anti-money laundering, and consumer protection laws; (d) Consent — for marketing communications (you may withdraw consent at any time).

5. Sharing of Information

We may share your information with:

• Vendors: Your name, delivery address, and phone number to fulfil orders
• Logistics Partners: Shiprocket and their partner couriers for delivery
• Payment Processors: Razorpay for secure payment processing
• WhatsApp (Meta): For OTP verification and order notifications
• Government Authorities: When required by law, court order, or regulatory directive

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including satisfying legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Order data is retained for a minimum of 7 years as required under the GST Act, 2017. Account data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.

Under the DPDPA 2023 and applicable Indian law, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure: Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Withdraw consent: Opt out of marketing communications at any time
