Refund Policy

At Recylyx, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also accept returns of used items within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective or significantly different from what was described on our website.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging, when possible
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Perishable goods

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at admin@recylyx.com or call +91-8688102134 to request a return authorization.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
  4. Include your order number, RMA number, and reason for return.
  5. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). For returns due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Full Refunds

Full refunds are issued for:

  • Unopened items returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Defective items reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Incorrect items shipped by us

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Items returned beyond 7 days but within 30 days that show signs of use or wear
  • Items missing parts or accessories
  • Items not in their original condition

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product (e.g., different size or color), please follow the return process above and specify that you want an exchange. Once we receive the original item, we will ship the replacement.

For exchanges due to our error, we will cover the shipping costs for both the return and the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no cost to you.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting our customer service team. Once an order has been shipped, you will need to follow our return process.

Refund to Original Payment Method

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • Net Banking: 3-5 business days
  • UPI: 1-3 business days
  • Digital Wallets: 1-2 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: Bank account transfer (3-5 business days)

Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website and is valid for one year from the date of issue.
